Application for the school leaving certificate should be made in writing a month earlier by the parents or guardian of the student. Every such application should be accompanied by a clearance certificate regarding payment of all school dues.
School fees and other dues are charged up to the month of issue of the school leaving certificate.
A pupil who has left the school will not normally be readmitted.
The school authorities reserve the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children on the following grounds:
- Irregular attendance
- Unsatisfactory academic progress
- Bad conduct
- Immorality or grave insubordination to authorities
Fees once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
If a student is to be withdrawn in the beginning of the following year, a written notice must reach the school office before March 31st of the current year, failing which one month's fee by a day scholar shall have to be paid.
